Hello everyone. For the last few months, I've been living on a powder keg - constant stress at work, personal matters are also pressing. In the evening, I go to bed, and my brain continues to chase thoughts. Sometimes I lie there until 3-4 am and just can't fall asleep. I've tried mint tea, meditations on YouTube, even pills - it helps weakly and not for long. Has anyone encountered insomnia due to stress?

Yes, I’ve been there—lying awake for hours with a racing mind is exhausting. What surprisingly helped me was exploring mineral kingdom healing methods through a Crystal Healing Diploma program. I started using specific crystals like amethyst and lepidolite during bedtime, along with calming rituals I learned in the course. It’s not an instant fix, but over time, it helped me create a soothing nighttime routine that eased the stress and made sleep come more naturally.
