Is the most cost-effective solution with an average delivery time of 6-20 Business Days from when the service of shipping companies collects the merchandise from the Shell Egypt warehouse.
2- EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Is the fastest service with delivery in 2-3 Business Days from the package being collected by express courier. If you choose Express delivery will be offered at a discounted rate. The cost of Express shipping usually starts at only 100 EGP depending on the amount of the order.
3-STANARD FREE:
Standard is free of charge for all online orders over 20000 EGP. "Store Pickup" also allows you to order items from Shell Egypt and pick them up our stores for free in 4-6 Business Days.
Deliveries are made from Sunday to Thursday, during normal business hours and excluding bank holidays.

Made To Order Items (equipment items, pool table, sometimes clothing designs, etc) are items that are not in immediate stock but are put in to production as soon as they are ordered. Depending on production, these items may take a several weeks to made and stock before they are shipped. They are items that have been announced, and one-off items, made to order.

Discounts and refunds are not available if your order is changed at any point. Refunds are only available if the item is no longer available.
Pre-Order Item
Pre-Order items are items that are not in immediate stock but are available to ship to you once they have been restocked.
Shipping times will vary on these items depending on their immediate stock, import times for restock or the source of these items. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may take a while, especially in the case of the items being in production or purchase and waiting to be restocked.
Pre-Order items ship in the order the purchases were received, so depending when you purchased the item and that Pre-Ordering them reserves your place in line to ship as soon as they are released before they are available to the public or sell out.
Discounts and refunds are available. It is possible to reserve an item without paying for it. Also, you can cancel a Pre-Order without any fees.
Special Order Items
Special order are items that are not in immediate stock or out of stock, or it cannot be bought soon, but are put in to purchase as soon as they are ordered.
This means that these items are not immediately available to ship, as they are in purchase, and that Special Order them makes you the only commodity owner. Once purchased, Special order items are unable to be cancelled as we have already reserved your place for these items. These items will ship as soon as they are restocked at our warehouse.
Discounts and refunds are not available if your order is changed at any point as these items are special ordered for your purchase. Refunds are only available if the item is no longer available.

All orders of 30000 EGP or more of items across any product category qualify for Free Shipping. Some items may have additional options for qualifying for Free Shipping. The shipping should be one-time.
With free shipping, your order will be delivered 6-7 business days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

Free Store Pickup
Order online and pick up for free delivery
Order Pickup allows you to order items from Blue Shell and pick them up at our stores. To see if an item is eligible for Order Pickup. Choose Store Pickup or look for free delivery from stores when adding the item to your cart. We'll show you an estimated pickup date. Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" messege. (By email or WhatsApp message, or a call from the customer service center.) Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
To place an order using Order Pickup:
• Find an Order Pickup eligible item and select color, size and quantity (if applicable).
• Select a store for pickup. We currently have only two stores to deliver your orders.
• Proceed to checkout and submit order.
• Wait until you receive a call notification to pickup before you go to the store to pick up your item.
• Pickup location details will be included in your confirmation email.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Sales Tax
Our price is the price for the item without adding any other cost. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped inside Egypt. It's the tax that you pay inside Egypt imposed by the website. Sales tax and VAT 14% will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping (It's the shipping charges that we charge you to deliver the item) also, handling charges (as required) and gift-wrap services.
