• We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, it should be unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
• If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Egypt Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Blue Shell storehouse. We'll even pay for the shipping if you live in an area where there is no storehouse. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (Conditions Apply).
• You can exchange for a different product up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a full refund. Please use our online Self Service website or Contact Us.
• Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days.

All Fitness equipment and sports equipment is not refundable once installed, if any mechanical defect on the equipment’s, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge.

• Made To Order, due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 8 weeks, are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered.

Free Pick Up In Store
• Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in storehouse and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the pickup in storehouse option and head to your nearest Blue Shell storehouse to pick up your order.
• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
