Cancellation of Orders:
• The orders are normally despatched to you on the 3-5 working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by calling us and emailing together. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

• If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returns process which is documented on our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY page. 

Easy Returns:
• We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, it should be unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).   
• You must contact us by phone and email together to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods through one of our approved transportation methods and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund on the cost of shipping the goods, (unless the item is faulty). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
• If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Egypt Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Shell Egypt storehouse. We'll even pay for the shipping if you live in an area where there is no storehouse. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (Conditions Apply).
• You can exchange for a different product up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a full refund. Please use our online Self Service website or Contact Us. 
• Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days.

All Fitness equipment and sports equipment is not refundable once installed, if any mechanical defect on the equipment’s, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Free Pick Up In Store
• Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to pick up your online order in storehouse and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the pickup in storehouse option and head to your nearest Shell Egypt storehouse to pick up your order.

How to pick up free at the store?
• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

 

Other delivery information:
• Shell Egypt will contact you by email and phone to make an appointment (please leave an easily accessible phone number).
• You can choose between 2 delivery times.
• Friday and Saturday delivery and desired date only for an extra charge.
• Standard delivery does not include assembly of the product or lifting the product up or down stairs. You may wish to upgrade to installation if appropriate.

Assembly Instructions:
• After receiving the shipment, inspect the product thoroughly to ensure that it has been shipped with care.
• Before assembly make sure that the packaging contains all parts.
• Once assembled your table is quite wide and may not fit through your doors. For this reason you should assemble it in the room you intend it to be used. 
• Should you wish to move your table to another room, it might be necessary to remove its legs.
• This game table will be partially assembled upside down and then turned over onto its legs. This is a heavy game and turning it over will require at least two strong adults.
• When installing parts that have more than one screw or bolt, hand tighten all screws or bolts in place before tightening with screwdriver or allen key.
• Damaged or worn parts may be dangerous for users and the integrity of the table. Replace worn or damaged components immediately and do not use the table until any issues have been resolved.
• Unauthorized repairs or changing the table’s design or functions may be dangerous and will void the warranty.

To ensure many uses make sure you clean each part of the table:
•  The easiest way to clean the corners and cracks is to use a can of compressed air to blow away any particles and dust that are in hard to reach places. 
• The main problem consumers see is food and drink often get spilled onto the table
While playing and get stuck in the tiny spaces a cloth can’t reach.
• Next, get a dry cloth and wipe down the table. Make sure you clean off all accessories and the legs of the table. 
• For best results, Take another dry cloth and apply some rubbing alcohol to it. 
• Carefully wipe down every surface of the table like you did with the first dry cloth. 
• Do not saturate the cloth or the table, use the rubbing alcohol sparingly.
