Cancellation of Orders:
• The orders are normally despatched to you on the 3-5 working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by calling us and emailing together. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

• If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returns process which is documented on our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY page. 

Easy Returns:
• We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, it should be unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).   
• You must contact us by phone and email together to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods through one of our approved transportation methods and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund on the cost of shipping the goods, (unless the item is faulty). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. • If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by Egypt Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Shell Egypt storehouse. How to pick up free at the store?
• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.
• If you want to pay cash payment at our storehouse, please speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
