6. Warranty & Maintenance:
● Mandatory Condition: Installation must be done through Blue Shell to validate the warranty.
● Warranty/ Coverage: 3-year warranty on wood against manufacturing defects + 1-year warranty on basic spare parts.
● Warranty Void Condition: Any updates, maintenance, or relocation of the table must be handled exclusively by the company; unauthorized external handling voids the warranty immediately.
● Maintenance Service: Enjoy free maintenance for 1 year with a maximum of 2 visits via our maintenance center. (This service is available within Cairo only; a travel fee applies outside Cairo.)

Cancellation of Orders:
• The orders are normally despatched to you on the 3-5 working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by calling us and emailing together. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

Easy Returns:

How to pick up free at the store?
• During checkout online, select “Pickup” and select your preferred storehouse.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an “order confirmation email” with your “order confirmation number”.
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email “Ready for collection”. (Usually within 24 hours for in stock items)
• Bring your "order confirmation number" to the storehouse you selected for pick up, along with ID card and the credit card you used to make the order.

Custom and Made to Order requests. By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are Made-to-Order, made to order items that are created in our warehouse specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 2-8 weeks after your order is placed.

You must submit an application with the specifications required in the product that are suitable for you.

We must collect a deposit of 70% of the total price from customers before actually producing it, and before the product is ready for shipping.

Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to.
