6. Warranty & Maintenance:
● Warranty/ Coverage: 10-year warranty on wood against manufacturing defects + 1-year warranty on basic spare parts.
● Mandatory Condition: Installation must be done through Blue Shell to validate the warranty.
● Warranty Void Condition: Any updates, maintenance, or relocation of the table must be handled exclusively by the company; unauthorized external handling voids the warranty immediately.
● Maintenance Service: Enjoy free maintenance for 1 year with a maximum of 2 visits via our maintenance center. (This service is available within Cairo only; a travel fee applies outside Cairo.)

Cancellation of Orders:

How to pick up free at the store?
