Cancellation of Orders:
• The orders are normally despatched to you on the 3-5 working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by calling us and emailing together. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

• If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returns process which is documented on our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY page.

Warranty terms for fitness equipment 

This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase.
Transport damages and damages due to improper storage are not covered by this warranty. Damages due to improper use or cleaning and maintenance and damages caused by sand or abrasives are not included as well. 

This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; the manufacturer does not assume any liability for such use. Institutional or commercial use will void this warranty.

 

Warranty Policy:

In the event that the item is still under warranty, you shall provide Blue Shell with a proof of purchase such as an invoice. Whereas, a copy of the invoice shall be provided to a technician during the collection of the Item. Otherwise, we will not collect the item.

The warranty will be considered void if any item that contains marks of misuse such as broken cover or any other apparent attempt to repair by non-authorized party.

If the technical report at the work shop shows that the Item’s defect was due to misuse including but not limited to liquid spillage on the motor or incorrect electrical current, then the warranty will be void and you will be charged if you choose to repair Item.

In the event that the item is repairable, Blue Shell shall repair and return the item back to you within 14 working days from the item’s collection date.
